OneSource Communications (“OneSource”) now operates solely as a fiber-infrastructure and wholesale service provider. OneSource no longer provides residential or consumer telecommunications services. This Terms of Service document reflects our revised service scope and clarifies that all prior consumer-facing services have been discontinued or transferred.
OneSource has permanently discontinued the following services:
No new customers will be accepted for these discontinued services, and OneSource no longer has any obligations to provide such services. Further, OneSource no longer provides customer billing, provisioning, or support for those discontinued services.
OneSource now provides the following limited services:
OneSource does not provide residential or consumer telecommunications services of any kind.
Current billing obligations apply only to enterprise or wholesale customers through individually negotiated agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties -OneSource provides infrastructure and wholesale services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, subject to the terms of individual enterprise agreements. OneSource disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in such agreements.
Limitation of Liability – Liability for all services is limited as stated in the applicable enterprise or wholesale contract. OneSource has no liability related to previously discontinued residential services or for services provided by successor carriers (including FiberFirst).
Governing Law -These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
