  1. OneSource current fiber internet customers will soon transition (or have already been transitioned) to an enhanced Fiber-optic Internet through a new, local, independent Service Provider: FiberFirst (www.FiberFirst.com). OneSource and FiberFirst are partnering to ensure a seamless and secure transition of your services and account information. Current fiber internetcustomers will not need to take any action to migrate to the fastest internet! Your current internet modem and router will be utilized. Current fiber internetcustomers with home phones will also be automatically migrated. If you currently also have television services, you will have the opportunity to transition to FiberFirst TV, an upgraded streaming TV solution that allows you to watch live or on-demand content anytime! Please call 833-FIBRGIG (833-342-7444) to select a new television plan as this will not automatically migrate.
  1. OneSource current cable modem/DSL internet customers should visit www.fiberfirst.com to see if FiberFirst services your home or business. If so, you will need to contact FiberFirst to secure your FREE installation for enhanced fiber services by calling 833-FIBRGIG (833-342-7444). OneSource Communications will cease operations of all local and long-distance telephone, fixed wireless internet, and T1 service as of July 19, 2024, or as soon as regulatory approvals are obtained to discontinue local and long-distance telephone service, so it is critical you transition your services to FiberFirst or another provider of your choice. At this time, there is no impact to your internet and/or television services.
  1. OneSource Fixed Wireless, T1, and cable modem/DSL internet customers not serviceable by FiberFirst – unfortunately, some OneSource customers are in locations that are not served by the FiberFirst network.
