We have closed our lobby to the public. All payments need to be made online, via mail or by calling Customer Service during business hours to process a credit card. For online payments, click on the View/Pay Bill link on our website,, where you can make a one-time payment or sign up for automatic recurring credit card or bank draft payments. If you need help creating an online account, please call Customer Service at 817-745-3000.

All equipment returns need to be placed in an equipment drop box located at 4800 Keller Hicks Road, Fort Worth TX 76244. If you are experiencing any issues with your current equipment, please contact Customer Service so we can schedule a service call as we will not be able to swap equipment at our office.
